Shipping & Delivery

How fast is UK delivery?
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours from our UK warehouse. Standard delivery takes 2–3 working days, free on orders over £35.

Do you ship outside the UK?
Not currently — we're UK-only for now, which keeps dispatch fast and shipping costs low.

Returns & Refunds

What's your returns window?
14 days from delivery on unopened items. Faulty or damaged items can be returned regardless of condition.

Can I return an opened skincare or supplement product?
For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic, skincare, haircare and supplement products can't be returned unless faulty.

Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes — every brand we stock is cruelty-free.

Is the Marine Collagen supplement suitable for everyone?
It contains iodine from seaweed, so it's not suitable if you have a thyroid condition without medical advice. Always check the full ingredients and warnings on the product page, and consult your GP if on medication or pregnant/breastfeeding.

Pet Care

Are pet charms safe for all pets?
Our collar charms contain small parts and carry a choking-hazard warning — not suitable for puppies, kittens, or pets that chew their collar. Always supervise your pet when first wearing a new accessory.
